It was just held on with zip ties.  Seems like a good idea to me. None of my local auto parts shops had them, off to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/B00XP5LUWY\">Amazon<\/a> I went.  They fit closely. I think I\u2019ll epoxy it to the relay. it needed a little bend added.
