Maintenance Day: Air Scoop, Lug Nuts, Wipers and Signal Stalk

I did a bunch of small tasks today. First up, the paint on the fiberglass rear scoop was just cracking off. So I had it repainted at the local collision place and it looks way better.

You can see the red tape and huge flaking paint in this pic.

Next up I wanted to get rid of these anti-theft lug nuts. I only park it at home, and I have lost these dumb socket-key before. These are just Empi lug nuts from JBugs.

Next was a new set of wiper blades.

And last was a problem with the turn signal stalk, it was just spinning on the steering column. The little set place must have come loose. I removed the wheel and fixed that. Also a tip, if you mark the wheel and shaft you can recent the wheel much easier.

Here you can see the little plate, that should be on top of the set screw.
