One of the first things I did when I got my baja bug was to install an sPod to wire up accessories. Well, somehow it broke. But sPod has a fantastic warranty, they serviced it and sent me back the repaired unit in 5 days. What is even better, it has a new 5 year warranty since they fixed it. With that, I installed an additional sPod in the rear of the beetle under the passenger seat. I did this because I wanted to wire up the heaters on my PRP seats. Yes my baja has heated seats, because I don’t have the heater tubes hooked up anymore. At least my backside will be warm.

I ran 14G wire from the front to the back using 2 conductor wire from amazon. Then I used weather pack connectors to keep the connections clean and secure. In the front I mounted Baja Design lights on the beam, in the rear I ran the wire out of the battery grommet and again used weather pack connectors and attached the Baja Design lights to the torsion beam. I might move them, but they provide the light I need.
